Orkidea, who started his career in the illegal raves of the capital region in the early 1990s, is one of the leading DJs in the Nordic countries. The veteran DJ, who draws inspiration from trance and house, has played thousands of gigs around the world, from Berlin and Ibiza to Buenos Aires and Toronto. As a producer, Orkidea, alias Tapio Hakanen, has made a name for himself with his own classics such as Unity and Nana, as well as with remixes made for other international stars.
