Peltokurki Suosikki

The Oulu-based duo Peltokurki claimed the top spot in the Uudet Soundit campaign, where a professional jury reviewed audience suggestions for promising fresh performers for next summer’s Qstock, Ruisrock, and Blockfest. Comprised of Anna Peltomaa and Emma Kurkinen, the duo has been creating a buzz in the Oulu region with their art-pop style, characterized by strong vocal harmonies and authentic, life-inspired lyrics. Their second album, Peltokurki II – Kohti ja kauemmaksi, is set to be released in April.
