VIP AREAS

Qstock is located in the Kuusisaari and Raatinsaari areas. The festival area is not accessible by car. You can get to the festival via Merikoski bridges by using public transport or through Linnansaari on foot. A bike is the most convenient option for getting to the festival, as there is a designated bike parking area in Linnansaari. 

VIP guests have a dedicated entrance in addition to the main gates. The VIP entrance is located at the southern end of the Raatti Stadium — the end closest to the city center. Entry to the VIP area is through the interior of the stadium, via the second floor of the building. Signage will guide you to the correct route. During the festival, the Guest Check-in and free VIP cloakroom are located along the path to the VIP entrance.

To help avoid queues, we recommend exchanging your ticket for a wristband in advance, arriving early, and leaving forbidden items at home or in the cloakroom. And if, despite all precautions, you do end up in a short line, just remember to keep up that good festival mood!

MAIN STAGE VIP AREA

Our VIP info desk serves VIP customers throughout the festival in the Main Stage VIP area. The staff have all the necessary information about the festival area and its services. You can claim pre-ordered drink and meal vouchers at the VIP info or you can purchase vouchers during the festival at the VIP info or the festival’s main info desk. Qstock merchandise is also available for purchase at the VIP info desk. NOTE: Card payments only!

KUUSISAARI VIP AREA 

Our Kuusisaari VIP area serves VIP customers on Kuusisaari. In addition to its own bar areas, the VIP area offers a great view of the Samsung Stage, thanks to a two-level VIP tent that is accessible with a VIP pass. VIP guests have a dedicated route to the Kuusisaari VIP area, located behind the Kooma Stage.

VIP Lounge is on the second floor of our Main Stage VIP area. Here companies can pre-purchase table groups for enjoying Qstock, with an excellent view of the Main Stage and a bar for all our VIP customers. Please mind the capacity of the space.

You can buy drink and food vouchers in advance and pick them up at the info desk or VIP Info with your ID. Drink and food vouchers can also be bought at the info points within the festival area. Card payments only!

VIP dining

VIP dining is located at the northern end of Raatti Stadium. Our VIP buffet is brought to you by Nordic Gourmet. The price of the VIP dining is 30,00€.

Drink vouchers:

Drink vouchers work at bars that have drinks available for voucher use. Price per drink voucher: 9.80 €.

Drinks available with a voucher:

• Karhu 0.33 l

• Crowmoor 0.33 l

• Koff Long Drink 0.33 l

• Corona 0.33 l

• Crowmoor Hard Seltzer 0.33 l

• White, red, or rosé wine 12 cl

• Bottled water 0.5 l

• Soft drink 0.33 l

Alcoholic drinks in cans or bottles, and wine served in a hard plastic cup include a €1 deposit. Bottled water, soft drinks, and wine served in a disposable cup do not have a deposit.

In our VIP area, we have a return system for drink cans and bottles. After you have enjoyed your drink, you can reclaim your deposit by returning the container at a Qstock bar or exchange it for a bag of Taffel chips. You can also return your empty item at the bar when ordering a new drink, and the deposit will be deducted from your next purchase. 

There are also special return points in the bar areas where you can return cans, bottles, or hard plastic cups. You can return up to 10 deposit items at once.

Paying at Qstock sales desks, for example at the festival bars, is possible only by mobile or card payment. Paying in cash is not forbidden at other operators’ sales spots, but please favour card payment in them, too. 

At Qstock bars, the deposit for drink containers is returned directly to the charge card. This will take approx. two bank days. 

Please note that our VIP area is a licenced bar zone and designated for grown-ups over 18 years of age. 

Accessible toilets are available near the Main Stage VIP area and close to the Kuusisaari VIP area. Qstock uses a toilet pass system.

For security’s sake, taxis cannot drive into the festival area. 

During the festival, the guest check-in and cloackroom are located on the second floor of Raatti Sports Centre. However, we have arranged accessible VIP-services (Check-in, cloakroom and security check) for customers with mobility issues at the VIP-info. The VIP-info is located in the VIP-area, and we will arrange a security guard to guide customers to the right place.
