ibe and Lauri Haav to perform at Qstock!
ibe and Lauri Haav, two of Finland’s most popular contemporary artists, have confirmed their appearance at next summer’s Qstock.
Lauri Haav’s distinctive sound, a unique combination of rap, pop, and R&B, along with his heartfelt stories and the ability to create moods have paved the way for him to become one of the most followed artists in the country. The album Aino, released in 2023, finally propelled Haav into stardom, which has been reflected in sold-out shows: the Jyväskylä-based artist’s upcoming concert at Nokia Arena was sold out in a record 2.5 minutes.
ibe, who just performed to a sold-out Veikkaus Arena last Friday, has been described as the voice of his generation and a reformer of Finnish music. In just a few years, the Helsinki-based rapper has built up a wide and varied catalogue with something for everyone. The artist himself has said that he approaches his music like a diary, making it easy for listeners to identify with his personal and open-hearted lyrics.
“Our artist announcements for this year are now complete. We shall return with more news after the turn of the year, adding more Finnish and international acts to the lineup. Happy Holidays to everyone!” wishes Festival Director Mikko Forstén.
Ticket sales for Qstock are off to an exceptionally fast start. All the two-day tickets at the S-group discount price have already been sold, but all other ticket types are still available. Ticket prices are now at their lowest, and they will increase at the beginning of the year.
