Oulu-based NiceRice has a soft spot for African sounds, so his playlist is sure to include Afrobeats but also reggae, dancehall, and hip-hop. At Qstock, he plans to play sounds from many cultures around the world, which of course fits the theme of Oulu’s current year as European Capital of Culture.
