On this page, you’ll find instructions for collecting passes and wristbands, entering the area, and other useful information for your visit.

What is the Guest check-in?

The Guest check-in is for festival guests arriving via the guest list, customers who purchased VIP tickets through Ticketmaster, members of the media and music industry, and artist guests.

You can collect your pass and wristband at our Guest check-in by showing your ID or your Ticketmaster ticket.

Guest check-in opening hours and location

From Tuesday to Thursday on the Qstock week, you can find the check-in desk at Restaurant Amarillo in Rotuaari, the pedestrian street in Oulu city centre. Paid parking is available near Rotuaari, if necessary.

Please note! Only card payments are accepted at Guest check-in desk.

On festival days, the Guest check-in will move to the nearby festival area, on the 2nd floor of Raatti Stadium. Access is through the southern end of the stadium, the side facing the city center. Signage will guide you to the correct route.

Claiming your pass and wristband at the check-in desk

Please note that passes/wristbands will be given only to the person whose name has been submitted beforehand, in exchange for proven identity. If you have purchased a VIP ticket granting access to the VIP area through Ticketmaster, your ticket will be scanned electronically at the Guest check-in. It will then be exchanged for a VIP pass and wristband.

It is not possible to make changes to pre-agreed festival passes or wristbands at the check-in. All changes must be agreed on with your contact person well in advance so that the information can be updated in the check-in system in time.

Vouchers for drinks and meals

You can buy drink and food vouchers on July 25–26 at the festival info desk or VIP Info. Card payments only!

If your purchased package includes drink and food vouchers, you will receive them along with your wristbands at the check-in desk.

Collecting Drink and Food Vouchers

Pre-ordered drink and food vouchers can be collected on festival days, July 25–26, from the info desk or VIP Info. Vouchers will be given to the person named in the order. ID must be shown if requested.

Qstock drink and food vouchers can also be purchased in advance from the online store.

Meal voucher – VIP Area

The VIP meal voucher is valid at the food buffet in the Qstock 2025 VIP area. Pre-purchased meal vouchers can be collected during the festival from VIP Info by showing a valid ID.
VIP meal vouchers can also be purchased at VIP Info during the event.

Drink voucher

Pre-purchased drink vouchers can be collected during the festival from the info desk or VIP Info by showing a valid ID. Drink vouchers can also be purchased at the info desks during the event.

Drinks available with a voucher:

  • Karhu 0.33 l

  • Crowmoor 0.33 l

  • Koff Long Drink 0.33 l

  • Corona 0.33 l

  • Crowmoor Hard Seltzer 0.33 l

  • White, red, or rosé wine 12 cl

  • Bottled water 0.5 l

  • Soft drink 0.33 l

A 1 € deposit is included in the price of alcoholic beverages served in cans, bottles, or hard plastic cups. Bottled water, soft drinks, and wine served in a disposable cup do not include a deposit.

Please check your order carefully before purchasing. Paid vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Drink and food vouchers can be collected from the festival area starting July 25, 2025, with a valid ID.

Please note, that the whole of VIP area is designed for ages 18+, and children are not allowed to enter. 

Arriving at the festival area

Qstock is located in the area of Kuusisaari and Raatti, and because of the nature of the big public event the festival area is not accessible by car. You can get to the festival via Merikoski bridges by using public transport or through Linnansaari on foot. A bike is the most convenient option for getting to the festival, for you can leave your bike at our bike parking area in Linnansaari.
