Read more about the VIP area here.
Guest check-in
The guest check-in is for the convenience of registered festival guests plus media and music industry representatives. You can collect your access pass or wristband by presenting an identification card. This year you can access the check-in through the city end of Raatti, second floor. Please observe the signs for the correct route.
Info desk is located inside the festival area, right after the security check at Kuusisaari. Here you can get information on everything concerning the festival: schedules, local transport, lost & found, etc. If you get caught in the rain or your ears hurt, you can purchase disposable raincoats or earplugs here. The info desk also sells drink vouchers and you can buy portable power banks at the info points for €10. There is also VIP info for VIP customers at Raati VIP area. Qstock merchandise will be sold at the Info and VIP Info points this year.
Wheelchair platforms
There are wheelchair platforms next to the engineering towers at the Main Stage, Samsung Stage, Circus Tent and Rytmiranta Beach Stage. We have posted guiding signs to show you the correct route. There are many paved passageways in the area to facilitate moving from place to place.

We acknowledge the IBD Toilet Card (Vessapassi in Finnish). The purpose of the card is to give people with intestinal disorders the opportunity to access the nearest toilet immediately. An IBD / Vessapassi sticker on the toilet door is a sign to other toilet users that a person with the card has an illness that requires rapid toilet use and therefore also the right to pass the queue.

Serving Areas and Drink Deposit Info
Inside the festival area, there are many separate Qstock bar areas: in the field between the Main Stage and the Kooma Stage, in the field between the Rytmiranta Beach Stage and the Samsung Stage, and inside the Circus Tent. Each stage area has its own licensed serving area. Club Battery is entirely a licensed area, meaning access is restricted to those aged 18 and over. There is also a licensed serving area in Linnansaari — bringing and consuming your own alcoholic beverages there is strictly prohibited.
Please note that the festival prefers card and mobile payments — cash is not accepted at any serving areas.
Drink Deposit
Buying alcoholic beverages in the bar areas works on a deposit basis. A €1 deposit will be added to the price of each alcoholic drink. You can claim the deposit back by returning your empty can or glass bottle to the bar counter or a designated return point. You may also choose to exchange your empty for a new drink — in this case, the deposit will be deducted from the next purchase.
You can return a maximum of 5 items at a time. The deposit will be refunded to your card within a few banking days, or you can exchange it at the return point for a bag of Taffel chips.
Note: there is no deposit added to water or soft drink purchases.
Raincoats and earplugs are also available for purchase at the bar areas.
Please note that the festival accepts cards and mobile payments, cash is not accepted in the drinking areas, info desk or cloakroom. In Qstock’s drinking areas, the deposit for drinks will be returned directly to the debit card, which takes about two business days for the deposit to be returned.
You can charge your phone at the Chill Out by LähiTapiola area, or buy a portable power bank of your own at the Qstock Info or VIP Info for just €10.
If you need ear protection in the form of earplugs, you can purchase them at the bar counters in the bar area, at the info desk, VIP info, Qstock merchandise or at the K-Supermarket sales point within the area.
In the festival area’s bar areas, there are designated smoking zones. Smoking is only allowed in these zones, so let’s keep the smoking area clean and dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
On the festival grounds, smoking products are sold exclusively at the K-Supermarket sales point.
Nicotine pouches are available at the Kuusisaari licensed area and at the Main Stage licensed area.

Qstock has a dedicated tent for baby care and nursing, located near the festival entrance close to the Info Point in the restroom area. The tent also serves as a lobby area for the accessible restroom (Inva-WC). It is a calm and quiet space. You can find the tent marked on the festival area map.
