FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICATION
Welcome to be part of creating the biggest celebration in Northern Finland!
On the last weekend of July (25th–26th), the Qstock Festival will once again take over the areas of Kuusisaari and Raatinsaari in Oulu. Sold out for eleven consecutive years, this event has established itself among the largest music festivals in Finland, attracting 40,000 attendees over two days.
Sales venues are an essential part of the comprehensive festival experience. Their role is to offer customers not only musical delights from the stages but also a wide range of tantalizing products and services that stimulate other senses. We are looking for a diverse selection of vendors that provide high-quality, engaging content and diverse culinary experiences for the festival area.
When selecting vendors, we consider the following:
- Environmental Friendliness: We expect applicants to actively prioritize eco-friendly operations and products. Please specify in your application how your business addresses environmental sustainability. Even small actions matter, customers appreciate sustainable choices.
- Product and Service Offering: Space is limited, so we prioritize vendors whose products and/or services complement the overall festival experience. Fill out your application carefully with plenty of details.
- Menu Diversity: Food vendors are expected to offer at least one vegetarian or vegan option. Considering food allergies and special dietary needs will also influence the selection process.
Pricing:
- Food sales venues: starting from €3,650 + VAT (25.5%).
- Other sales and promotional booths: prices are negotiated individually.
- Prices include the sales space, electricity, and access to utility services (water and waste management, excluding grease disposal).
Applications are open until February 28, 2025. Submitting an application does not bind you to anything. After the deadline, we will contact all applicants by the end of March.
