Qstock is looking for volunteers – applications are now open for volunteers, fundraisers, and staff!
Qstock does nt just happen on its own – it is built together. We are currently looking for people to fill various roles for this summer’s festival. Opportunities are available for paid work, volunteer roles, and fundraising activities for clubs and associations.
Work at Qstock
Qstock is looking for bar staff and security guards for the festival weekend on July 24–25, 2026. Bar work emphasises customer service skills and a cheerful attitude, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience is a plus, but the most important thing is your desire to be part of creating Qstock 2026.
Security guards are required to have a valid security guard license. The security team plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and safe festival experience for all visitors. Applications for both positions are open as long as there are vacancies to fill.
Become a volunteer
Volunteers contribute to the organisation of the festival through their own efforts. Volunteering does not require special skills or specific training; it is based on each person’s own motivation and willingness. Volunteering is a great opportunity to gain unique experiences, meet new and interesting people, and learn new things. Volunteers are offered a variety of tasks in different areas, such as customer service and production assistance. These tasks offer a unique chance to peek behind the scenes of a big festival and be part of a large collective effort.
Volunteering is suitable for all kinds of people, and no prior festival experience is required – it is your attitude that counts.
Fundraising for clubs and associations
Qstock offers clubs and associations the opportunity to participate in the festival’s organisation through various fundraising activities. Tasks may include, for example, setting up and dismantling the venue, cloakroom services, wristband checks, tidying up the venue, or other customer service duties.
Fundraising tasks can be performed during the festival, as well as before and after the event. These tasks are suitable for groups that want to build up a shared fund while also helping to build Northern Finland’s largest music festival. Fundraising groups need to be registered in the advance tax collection register.
Apply now
All these roles are open for applications, and applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Applications will close once all positions are filled. The volunteer application form closes on June 22.
