Qstock Publishes Acts – Zara Larsson Captivates Oulu Next Summer
Swedish superstar Zara Larsson is confirmed to perform at Qstock in Oulu next summer. Larsson began her music career quite young and has left her mark in the music industry by hits such as Uncover, Lush, and Never Forget You. Her fourth album Venus is to be released in February 2024, and previously released single cuts like Can’t Tame Her and On My Love (together with David Guetta) have gained worldwide popularity.
Also confirmed to appear at Qstock are Swedish metal giants Amaranthe and rapidly rising Norwegian-Italian Alessandra who became internationally known as Norway’s representative at the Eurovision Song Contest last spring.
The first Finnish bookings are Haloo Helsinki!, Jenni Vartiainen, Lauri Tähkä, KUUMAA, Gettomasa, Blind Channel, SANNI, ABREU, ibe, Cledos, Sexmane, Mokoma, Arppa, Jami Faltin, Lyyti, and Oulu’s own Radiopuhelimet who have performed at Qstock every summer since the festival’s birth. Special shows will be played by Vesterinen Yhtyeineen who will perform with a massive 17-piece lineup, and Don Huonot who are touring in celebration of their 35th anniversary.
“Even though we are just approaching Christmas, the atmosphere at the Qstock office is rather summery. We are well on our way with the production of next year’s festival. In the summer, Qstock will feature around 70 artists on seven different stages. We will let you know more about these and other plans early next year,” says Festival Director Mikko Forstén.
Qstock ticket sales will begin on Friday 1 December at 9 a.m. on Ticketmaster’s ticketing channels. At this stage, the selection will include only two-day tickets: a regular 2-day ticket costs 139 euros and the price of a VIP version is 309 euros. What is more, Osuuskauppa Arina offers 2-day tickets for 129 euros with an S co-op membership card at the Prisma hypermarkets in Linnanmaa, Limingantulli, Kempele, Kemi, Tornio, and Rovaniemi. A limited number of the special discount tickets are available.
All the prices include the Ticketmaster service fee. The tickets are at their cheapest right now, and the prices will go up during the coming year.
Qstock is organised on Kuusisaari and Raatti islands in Oulu on 26–27 July 2024. The festival has been sold out for ten consecutive times already, and it has established a status as one of the biggest festivals in Finland, with 40 000 visitors over two days.
