FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICATION
Welcome to help create Northern Finland’s biggest celebration!
On the last weekend of July (24–25 July), Qstock Festival will once again take over the Kuusisaari and Raatinsaari areas in Oulu. Sold out for twelve consecutive years, Qstock has secured its place among Finland’s largest music festivals, welcoming 40,000 visitors over two days.
Sales spots are an essential part of the festival experience. They complement the music programme by offering festivalgoers food, products and services that meet a wide range of needs. Qstock is now looking for vendors who bring high-quality, engaging content and versatile flavour experiences to the festival area.
In our selections, we pay attention to the following factors, among others:
Environmental responsibility.
We hope applicants take an active approach to maximising the environmental friendliness of their operations and products. Please describe in the application form how sustainability is taken into account in your activities. Even small actions matter, and festival audiences truly value sustainable choices.
Product and service offering.
The number of sales spots at the festival area is limited, so we prioritise operators whose products and or services complement the overall festival experience. Please complete the application carefully and provide detailed information.
Menu variety.
Food vendors are expected to offer at least one vegetarian or vegan option. Consideration of food allergies and special diets will also influence the selection.
Pricing:

Food vendors: prices starting from €3,650 + VAT 25.5%.

Other sales spots and promotional stands: pricing agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Prices include the sales spot, electricity and access to service area facilities (water and waste management, excluding grease waste).
The application period for sales spots is open until 28 February 2026. Submitting an application does not commit the applicant to anything at this stage. After the deadline, we will contact all applicants by the end of March.
