Welcome to the Qstock VIP area!
In our VIP areas, you can enjoy a wide selection of food, drinks, and experiences, all while watching the festival performers from your own prime spot.
At the Qstock VIP areas you’ll find:
- A private and peaceful entrance
- A free VIP cloakroom
- Two comfortable VIP areas with elevated, covered tents offering great views of the main stages
- Plenty of seating
- A wide range of VIP services, including food, drinks, and entertainment
- A dedicated VIP information desk serving guests throughout the festival
- VIP dining, with food vouchers available for pre-purchase or at the VIP info desk
- Flush toilets
Qstock is located in the areas of Kuusisaari and Raatinsaari. The festival area can be accessed via the Merikoski bridges or along the pedestrian and cycling route from Linnansaari. Bicycles can be conveniently left at the bike parking area located in Linnansaari. Access to the festival area by car is not permitted.
VIP guests have their own entrance in addition to the main gates.
The VIP entrance is located at the southern end of Raatti Stadium (the city centre side). Access is through the interior of the stadium to the second floor of the building. Signage will guide you along the correct route. During the festival, Guest check-in and the complimentary VIP cloakroom are located along the entrance route to the VIP area.
To help avoid queues, we recommend exchanging your ticket for a wristband in advance, arriving early, and leaving forbidden items at home or in the cloakroom. And if, despite all precautions, you do end up in a short line, just remember to keep up that good festival mood!
The Guest Check-in Point is intended for guests who have purchased VIP tickets via Ticketmaster, festival guests arriving via a guest list, VIP package holders, media and music industry representatives, as well as artists’ guests.
Please note: Passes and wristbands are issued only upon presentation of a Ticketmaster ticket or valid identification. Only card payments are accepted at the Guest Check-in.
OPENING HOURS AND LOCATION
During Qstock week, from Tuesday to Thursday, the Guest Check-in Point is located at Amarillo on Rotuaari in Oulu. Paid parking is available nearby if needed.
On festival days, the Guest Check-in Point moves to the immediate vicinity of the festival area, to the 2nd floor of Raatti Stadium. Access is via the southern end of the stadium (the city centre side). Signage will guide you along the correct route.

MAIN STAGE VIP AREA
At the Main Stage VIP area, you’ll find an elevated, covered VIP tent offering excellent views directly onto the Main Stage, as well as plenty of seating in comfortable surroundings. The area features its own bars, a VIP food buffet, and a variety of entertainment, including professional hair services provided by Salon Virho for the enjoyment of VIP guests. On the second floor of the VIP tent is the VIP Lounge, which can be accessed with a dedicated wristband.
Our VIP info desk serves VIP customers throughout the festival in the Main Stage VIP area. The staff have all the necessary information about the festival area and its services. You can claim pre-ordered drink and meal vouchers at the VIP info or you can purchase vouchers during the festival at the VIP info or the festival’s main info desk. Qstock merchandise is also available for purchase at the VIP info desk. NOTE: Card payments only!
KUUSISAARI VIP AREA
Our Kuusisaari VIP area serves VIP customers on Kuusisaari. In addition to its own bar areas, the VIP area offers a great view of the Samsung Stage, thanks to a two-level VIP tent that is accessible with a VIP pass. VIP guests have access to a shortcut from the Main Stage VIP area toward the Kuusisaari VIP area, running behind the Kooma Stage.
The VIP Lounge is located on the second floor of the Main Stage VIP tent. The lounge offers pre-bookable tables for groups, excellent views of the Main Stage, and a bar open throughout the evening. Access to the VIP Lounge is restricted to guests wearing a dedicated VIP Lounge wristband.
PLEASE NOTE! THE TABLES IN THE VIP LOUNGE ARE SOLD OUT FOR THIS YEAR!

You can buy drink and food vouchers in advance and pick them up at the info desk or VIP Info with your ID. Drink and food vouchers can also be bought at the info points within the festival area. Card payments only!
Please check your order before buying. Paid vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

VIP dining
VIP dining is located at the northern end of Raatti Stadium. Our VIP buffet is brought to you by Nordic Gourmet. The price of the VIP food voucher is 30,00€.

Saturday 25 July 2–10 p.m.
Drink vouchers
Drink vouchers work at bars that have drinks available for voucher use. Price per drink voucher: 9.90 €.
Alcoholic drinks in cans or bottles, and wine served in a hard plastic cup include a €1 deposit. Bottled water, soft drinks, and wine served in a disposable cup do not have a deposit.
We have a return system for drink cans and bottles. After you have enjoyed your drink, you can reclaim your deposit by returning the container at a Qstock bar or exchange it for a bag of Taffel chips. You can also return your empty item at the bar when ordering a new drink, and the deposit will be deducted from your next purchase.
There are also special return points in the bar areas where you can return cans, bottles, or hard plastic cups. You can return up to 5 deposit items at once.
Paying at Qstock sales desks, for example at the festival bars, is possible only by mobile or card payment. Paying in cash is not forbidden at other operators’ sales spots, but please favour card payment in them, too.
At Qstock bars, the deposit for drink containers is returned directly to the charge card. This will take approx. two bank days.
Please note that the VIP areas are licensed alcohol service areas and are intended for adults only. Minors are not permitted to enter the VIP areas, even when accompanied by a guardian.
Accessible toilets are available near the Main Stage VIP area and close to the Kuusisaari VIP area. Qstock uses a toilet pass system.
The Guest check-in point at Amarillo (Tuesday–Thursday) is accessible. During the festival, the Guest check-in and the VIP cloakroom are located on the second floor of Raatti Stadium, which is not accessible.
For guests with reduced mobility, VIP services related to the cloakroom and security checks are arranged in connection with the VIP Info desk. The VIP Info desk is located within the VIP area, and stewards at the VIP gate will assist guests with directions.
