Ismo Alanko, one of the most respected figures in Finnish rock since the early 1980s, has been working on a new album with his long-time producer Riku Mattila and his trusted band El Mosquito. The first taste of the album, which will be released in early spring, is the single Loppuaikana, which completes Alanko’s hedonistic trilogy that began with the classics Kulkurin iltakalja (1980) and Taiteilijaelämää (1995).
